Rose custard | Instant rose flavoured fruit custard-How to make-step by step photos

Ingredients
- Rose syrup -1/4 cup
- Milk - 500 ml
- Sugar – 1/4 cup
- Custard powder –3 tbsp
- Almonds, & pistachios – 2 tbsp[blached, chopped]
- Green Cardamom powder- 1 tsp
- Cherry - 1 tbsp
- Banana- 1 [chopped]
- Pomegranate, banana, apple, mango- 1/4 cup
- Organic pink rose- 1
Preparation
- Heat 400ml milk in a pan & let it boil.
- When boiling stir continuously without burning.
- In a bowl add 3 tbsp custard powder, rose syrup & 100 ml milk mix well without lumps
- Add custard mixture into the boiling milk, stir well for 3 min
- Add sugar & cardamom powder mix well.
- Once its ready, cut off heat, let cool & refrigerate.
- Add rose petals, fruits & nuts serve.
