Instant mango custard

Ingredients
- Milk - 1 cup [400 ml]
- Sugar –3 tbsp
- Custard powder –1 tbsp
- Mango- 1
- Banana- 1 [chopped, for garnishing]
Preparation
- Wash, peel off & grind mango with sugar.
- Heat 300 ml milk in a pan & let it boil.
- When boiling stir continuously without burning.
- In a bowl add 1 tbsp custard powder & 100 ml milk mix well without lumps
- Add custard mixture into the boiling milk, stir well for 3 min
- Add sugar mix well.
- Once its ready, cut off heat, let cool, add mango paste mix well & refrigerate.
- Add fruits & nuts serve.
