Mushroom masala pasta recipe indian style-How to make-Step by Step photos

Ingredients
- Fusilli Pasta [Durum wheat pasta, Borges] – 1 cup
- Oyster mushroom – ½ cup [Roughly chopped]
- Zucchini– ¼ cup [Yellow, cut into cubes]
- Yellow & red capsicum – ¼ cup [finely chopped]
- Garlic – 2 [mashed or finely chopped]
- Green Chilli – 1 [slit]
- Black pepper – ½ tbsp [crushed or freshly ground]
- Garam masala – ½ tbsp [optional]
- Pasta seasoning – 1 tbsp
- Tomato Sauce - 4 tbsp
- Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
Preparation
- In a pressure cooker add enough water, pasta seasoning & salt let it boil then add Fusilli Pasta, cover lid cook for 3 whistles then drain water.
- In a pan add water & salt & let it boil.
- Add Broccoli leave it for a min, drain water & immediately put it in cold water & drain.
- Heat oil in a pan add garlic, onion & green chilli sauté.
- Then add Zucchini, mushroom, capsicum sauté well.
- Add salt, pasta seasoning & garam masala sauté.
- Add tomato sauce mix well.
- Add boiled pasta, salt mix well & cook for 2 min then cut off heat.
- Finally add coriander leaves & freshly ground pepper mix well.
- Cut off heat & serve hot

Wash and chop mushrooms
Chop red and yellow capsicum
Boil fusilli pasta then drain water
Heat oil in a pan add onion, garlic, green chilli & zucchini saute
Add capsicum, garam masala, & salt saute well
Add pasta seasoning mix well
Add mushrooms saute well then add tomato sauce mix well
Add pasta mix well
Finally add pepper powder, coriander leaves mix well then cut off heat
Mushroom masala pasta is ready, serve hot
