How to Make Rice flour at home

Ingredients
- Rice or Raw rice[pacharisi]- 1 kg
Preparation
- Soak raw rice for 2 hours
- Drain the water and spread over the cotton cloth to absorb extra moisture on the rice[Apr 20 to 30 min].
- Put it into mixer jar and grind to fine powder (you can use tradition method to beat the rice using Ural & Ulakkai) and keep it aside
- Sieve freshly ground powder.
- Heat pan, add rice flour, roast for 5 min without burning.
- Preserve this in an air tight container, use this for murukku, kolukattai, akki roti.
