Sprouted green gram pesarattu dosa | Mulaikattiya payaru dosai-How to make-Step by step photos

Ingredients
- Sprouted Green gram [Mulaikattiya payaru]- 2 cups
- Ginger - 1 piece (1 inch peeled)
- Green Chili - 2 to 3
- Coriander leaves - 2 springs
- Curry leaves - 1 spring
- Cumin Seeds - 1 tbsp
- coconut - 3 tbsp [grated]
- Salt to taste
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Water as needed
Preparation
- Wash green gram & soak it for 8 hours. Then drain water.
- Wash white cotton cloth. Then squeeze out extra water.
- Place soaked whole green gram on cotton cloth then wrap the cloth & keep it in a warm place for 8 hours / overnight.
- After 8 hours- We can see the sprouts.
- Put sprouted green gram, green chilli, ginger, cumin seeds, curry & coriander leaves in a grinder or mixer jar then coarsely grind with enough water.
- In a bowl add coarsely ground batter mixture, coconut, salt mix well.
- Heat iron dosa tawa, pour batter & evenly spread to round shape.
- Then pour 1 tbsp of oil around the dosa cover lid & cook it for 3 minutes (medium flame).
- Flip over and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Then serve hot with coconut chutney.

Heat iron dosa pan, pour sprouted green moong batter spread, pour 1 tbsp of oil
Cook both sides till crips and golden brown, now its ready take it out
