Ingredients
- Cucumber – 1
- Coconut – 2 tbsp
- Green chilli - 1
- Curry leaves – 1 spring
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- Mustard seeds – 1 tbsp
- Asafetida a pinch
- Salt to taste
- Coconut oil – 1 ½ tbsp
- Water as needed
Preparation
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds & let it splutter.
- Add green chilli, curry leaves & asafetida sauté.
- Add coconut, turmeric powder, saute.
- Add cucumber, salt sauce for a min.
- Cut off heat, serve hot with rice.
Tip
- Use coconut oil for better flavor.
