Ingredients for Palak rice
- Rice -1 cups
- Palak [spinach] - 1 cup
- Green chilli - 2 [optional]
- Ginger- 1 inch[finely chopped]
- coriander leaves -1/4 cup
- Spices:- Fennel,cloves, bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom, stone flower
- Onion, garlic - 3 tbsp
- Turmeric -1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder,garam masala -1 tbsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Preparation Method
- Boil the rice in less water, spread over the plate to cool.
- Boil palak till soft, add coriander grind to smooth puree
- Heat oil, add fennel, cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaves, cloves, stone flower
- Add onion, gigner , garlic saute
- Add green chilli, palak puree, turmeric ,red chilli, garam masala powder
- Add rice, salt mix well
- perfect palak rice ready

- Rice -1 cups
- toamto - 5
- Green chilli - 2 [optional]
- Spices:- Fennel,cloves, bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom, stone flower
- Onion, ginger, garlic - 3 tbsp
- Turmeric -1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder,garam masala -1 tbsp
- Asafoetida-1/4 tsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Preparation Method

- Rice -1 cups
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Cumin - 1 tbsp
- Pepper pwoder -1 tsp
- Spices:- cloves, bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom, stone flower
- Asafoetida, curry leaves
Preparation Method
- Boil the rice in less water, spread over the plate to cool.
- Heat oil, add cumin, cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaves, cloves, stone flower

Drain water, remove skin
Chop
put it in a mixie jar, finely grind

Boiled spinach
Add coriander, finely grind
Puree ready
Heat oil, add spices
Green chilli
salt, onion, ginger, garlic
Add spinach puree
Turmeric
Red chilli powder
Add garam masala mix well
Plak rcie ready

Add spices

Add puree
Boil
Add salt
Boil for 5 min
Perfect mixture
Add boield rice
Mix well
