Ingredients

  • Thinai Idiyappam - 1 cup
  • Jaggery – ¼ cup [grated]
  • Cardamom powder – ½ tbsp
  • Coconut – ½ cup [grated]
  • Ghee – 1 tbsp

Preparation Method

  • Heat pan add 3 tbsp of water & jaggery, mix well & let it melt.
  • Then add coconut, cardamom powder, ghee mix well & cut off heat.
  • Add prepared thinai/foxtail millet idiyappam mix well then serve hot.
