Ingredients
- Thinai Idiyappam - 1 cup
- Jaggery – ¼ cup [grated]
- Cardamom powder – ½ tbsp
- Coconut – ½ cup [grated]
- Ghee – 1 tbsp
Preparation Method
- Heat pan add 3 tbsp of water & jaggery, mix well & let it melt.
- Then add coconut, cardamom powder, ghee mix well & cut off heat.
- Add prepared thinai/foxtail millet idiyappam mix well then serve hot.

Fresh thinai idiyappam
Grated coconut and jaggery
Add 1 tbsp sugar with cardamom seeds & grind to fine powder
Heat jaggery, water & let it melt then add cardamom powder mix well
Add coconut mix well & cut off heat
Add ghee mix well
Add fresh thinai idiyappam mix well
Thinai maavu sweet idiyappam,sweet vellam nool puttu is ready-Serve hot
