Ingredients
- Wheat flour – 1 cup
- Jaggery – ¼ cup
- Cardamom powder – 1 tbsp
- Peanuts – ½ cup [roasted]
- Coconut – ½ cup [grated]
- Water – 3 tbsp
- Ghee – 3 tbsp
Preparation
- Dry roast wheat flour.
- Ghee roast grated coconut and crushed peanuts.
- In a bowl take roasted wheat flour, grated coconut, peanuts, jaggery, cardamom powder and ghee mix well.
- Add 2 tbsp water make soft dough. Then shape like gooseberry size balls place it in idli cooker.
- Steam it for 5 min. then serve hot or cool.
