Instant basundi-How to make-Step by step photos

Ingredients
- Milk - 1 ltr
- Sweet condensed milk - 1/4 cup
- Almonds, cashew nuts, pistachios – 4 tbsp
- Saffron a pinch
Preparation
- Heat ghee in a pan roast almonds, pistachios & chop or grate & keep it aside.
- Boil milk in a pan & stir continuously & take malai[paal yedu] then place it on the side of the pan.
- Add saffron milk well.
- Add sweet condensed milk stir well for another 3 min.
- Once its ready transfer to serving bowl.
- Heat pan take malai using spoon. Then add this malai[palada] to the basundi
- Then add chopped nuts & cut off heat.
- Serve hot or chilled
Tip
- You can add cardamom powder for flavour
- You can add sara paruppu[Chironji, Cuddapah almond].

Boil milk in an iron pan
Stir well without burning, take paal adai[malai]
Add saffron[kunguma poo]
Add sweet condensed milk stir well
Now its ready, cut off heat
BPour saffron basundi to a serving bowl, add paal adai
Sprinkle almond and pistachio slices
Refrigerate instant basundi serve chilled
