- Curd - 1 cup[Fresh]
Preparation
- Put fresh curd in a cotton cloth, close the edges & place it in a filter, leave it in a refrigerator for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours, Extra water removed from curd.
- Creamy & Thick hung curd ready.
- Add cardamom & sugar mix well, serve immediately
Tip & Note
- For another variation add mango,cardamom and sugar
- Dont use sour curd
How to make Hung curd-Stepwise pictures[Simple, Easy & Delicious]
Place fresh curd in a cotton cloth
Close all the edges
Place it in a refrigerator, leave it for 2 hours
Extra water removed from curd
Creamy hung curd ready
Add powdered sugar, cardamom powder, mix well
Garnish with almond flakes, serve immediately
