Palak poori | Spinach poori - How to make-Step by step photos

Ingredients
- Spinach[Palak, pasalai keerai] – ¼ cup [finely chopped]
- Wheat flour – 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Water As needed
- Oil for deep frying
Method
- Pluck & wash spinach.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan sauté for 2 min then let it cool & grind to fine puree
- In a bowl add wheat flour, salt, spinach puree mix well
- Then add water Knead it and make soft dough. Pour 1 tbsp of oil, Cover it & leave it for 15 min.
- Divide the dough into equal size balls
- Take a ball, sprinkle flour, place it on the chapathi making stone, and Roll over chapthi roller from bottom to top, take it off and change the position.
- Repeat the process till you get the round or equivalent to round shape.
- Heat oil in a pan then deep fry till crisp & golden brown.
- Serve hot with any gravy.

Heat oil in a pan, add spinach saute & cook till soft
Spinach is ready, let it cool
Put spinach in a mixer jar & finely grind
Spinach puree is ready
Add wheat flour salt in a bowl mix well
Add spinach puree mix well
Add water mix well, knead it, make soft dough
Fold dough & knead well
Spinach paratha dough is ready
Add oil, cover it,& leave it for 15 min
Divide the dough into equal size balls
Sprinkle flour
Roll over and make round shape
Heat oil, put prepared raw palak poori & deep fry
Flip over cook both sides
