Ingredients
- Idiyappam [rice vermicelli, sandavai, rice sevai] – 1 cup
- Coconut - 1
- Roasted peanuts – ¼ cup
- Ginger – 1 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Green chilli – 1 [slit]
- Dry red chilli – 1
- Curry leaves – 1 spring
- Mustard seeds – 1 tbsp
- Bengal gram – 1 tbsp
- Urad dal – 1 tbsp
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed.
Preparation Method
- Heat oil in a pan then add mustard seeds. Once it’s spluttered add Bengal gram, urad dal
- Then add roasted peanuts sauté.
- Add ginger, dry red chilli, green chilli and curry leaves sauté.
- Add coconut & salt saute for a min.
- Add idiyappam mix well.
- Cut off heat. Serve hot with coconut chutney or pickles, chips.

Add Roasted groundnut
Add Green chilli, dry red chilli, ginger
Add coconut saute for a min
Add salt mix well.
Add idiyappam, Mix well
