Paneer spring onion sabji

Ingredients

  • Paneer [cottage cheese] – 1 cup [marinate with pepper & salt then shallow fry]
  • Onion – 1 [finely chopped]
  • Ginger – 1 tbsp [finely chopped]
  • Garlic– 1 tbsp [finely chopped]
  • Green chilli – 1 [finely chopped]
  • Tomato – 1 [finely chopped]
  • Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce – ¼ tsp
  • Garam masala – ¼ tsp
  • Red chilli powder – ¼ tsp
  • Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
  • Pepper powder- ¼ tsp
  • Spring onion – ½ cup
  • Coriander leaves – 1 spring [chopped]
  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water – 3 tbsp

Method

  • Heat oil in a pan then add onion sauté till soft. Then add ginger, garlic & green chilli sauté.
  • Add tomato sauté till soft. Then add spring onion, turmeric, red chilli & garam masala powder sauté. Then add water mix well.
  • Add tomato ketchup, soya sauce mix well. Add salt, sugar & pepper powder mix well.
  • Add paneer sauté & leave it for 1 min. Then sprinkle coriander leaves gently mix.
  • Then cut off heat & Serve hot with boiled rice, chapatti, biryani or pulao.
