Ingredients

  • Cucumber – 2 small [cut in to cubes]
  • Green chilli – ½ tbsp [finely chopped]
  • Pepper powder – ¼ tsp
  • Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp [finely chopped]
  • Fresh curd – 2 tbsp [fully whisked]
  • Lemon juice – ½ tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For seasoning

  • Ground nut oil – 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds – 1 spring
  • Curry leaves – ½ tbsp

Method

  • Cut cucumber in to cubes.
  • In a bowl put cucumber, green chilli, pepper powder, salt, coriander leaves and curd mix well. then sprinkle lemon juice mix gently.
  • Heat pan with oil add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Cut off heat & sprinkle seasoned ingredients into cucumber mixture. Serve with chapathi or biryani.
