Schezwan onion dosa-How to make-Step by step photos

Ingredients
- Dosa batter - 1 cup
- Schezwan sauce or Schezwan chutney - 2 to 3 tbsp
- Onion - 1 [finely chopped]
- Salt to taste
- Oil - 2 tbsp
Preparation
- Heat Dosa pan, sprinkle 1 tbsp of water then pour batter, spread the batter quickly to round shape and make sure it not too thick.
- Add schezwan sauce spread around the dosa
- Add finely chopped onion, press gently pour another 1 tbsp of oil over the onion, cover lid cook till crisp & golden brown.
- Once dosa becomes crispy fold & transfer to a plate & serve hot with chutney and sambar
How to make Schezwan onion dosa-Step by step photos
Dosa batter
Heat iron dosa tawa, sprinkle water pour 1 laddle full batter and evenly spread
Heat iron dosa tawa pour batter spread immediately
Place 2 tbsp of schezwan sauce spread over the dosa
Add finely chopped onion
Press gently
Flip over cook both sides
Cover lid and cook till crisp
