Ingredients

  • Dosa batter - 1 cup
  • Schezwan sauce or Schezwan chutney - 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Onion - 1 [finely chopped]
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil - 2 tbsp

Preparation

  • Heat Dosa pan, sprinkle 1 tbsp of water then pour batter, spread the batter quickly to round shape and make sure it not too thick.
  • Add schezwan sauce spread around the dosa
  • Add finely chopped onion, press gently pour another 1 tbsp of oil over the onion, cover lid cook till crisp & golden brown.
  • Once dosa becomes crispy fold & transfer to a plate & serve hot with chutney and sambar
