Ingredients

  • Curd - 1 cup
  • Pomegranate - 1 cup or 1 fruit
  • Water - 1/2 cup to 1 cup [Chilled]
  • Jaggery - 4 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder-1/4 tsp
  • Ice cubes - 1/4 cup

Preparation

  • In a mixer jar add pomegranate seeds, curd, jaggery, cardamom, & water churn well.
  • Add ice cubes & serve immediately.

Tips & variations

  • You can add sugar or honey instead of white sugar.
  • You can add boiled & chilled milk or coconut milk or almond milk
