Ingredients
- Raw mango [mangai] – 1 cup
- Red chilli powder – ½ tbsp
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- Cut & remove the edges & leave it for 5 min then chop.
- In a bowl add chopped raw mango, red chilli powder & salt mix well.
- Serve with ragi koozh, kambu koozh, or gothumai koozh.
