Ingredients
- Curd - 1 cup
- Mango - 1
- Water - 1/2 cup [Chilled]
- Sugar - 4 tbsp
- Cardamom powder-1/4 tsp
- Ice cubes - 1/4 cup
Preparation
- Wash, peel off & chop mango.
- In a bowl add chopped mango, mash well.
- Add curd, sugar, cardamom, & water churn well.
- Add ice cubes & serve immediately.
Tips & variations
- You can add jaggery or honey instead of white sugar.
- You can add boiled & chilled milk or coconut milk or almond milk
