Ingredients

  • Curd - 1 cup
  • Mango - 1
  • Water - 1/2 cup [Chilled]
  • Sugar - 4 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder-1/4 tsp
  • Ice cubes - 1/4 cup

Preparation

  • Wash, peel off & chop mango.
  • In a bowl add chopped mango, mash well.
  • Add curd, sugar, cardamom, & water churn well.
  • Add ice cubes & serve immediately.

Tips & variations

  • You can add jaggery or honey instead of white sugar.
  • You can add boiled & chilled milk or coconut milk or almond milk
