Cauliflower masala poriyal recipe

Ingredients
- Cauliflower – 1 cup
- Coconut – 3 tbsp [grated]
- Curry leaves – 1 spring
- Green chilli – 1 [chopped]
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Small onion – 4 [chopped] or big onion – 1 [chopped]
- Red chilli powder – ¼ tsp
- Turmeric powder – ½ tbsp
- Garam masala powder – ¼ tsp
- Coriander leaves – 2 springs[chopped]
- Mustard seeds – 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
Method
- Break the whole cauliflower into medium florets.
- Take a bowl, pour warm water & add salt mix well then put cauliflower & leave it for 5 min then drain water.
- Then parboil cauliflower.
- Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds & let it splutter
- Add garlic & onion sauté well.
- Add green chilli, curry leaves, coconut, turmeric powder, red chilli powder & garam masala powder sauté
- Add cauliflower, salt & sauté well.
- Finally add coriander leaves saute then cut off heat & serve hot with rice
