Ingredients
- Curd[Fresh] - 1 cup
- Pistachio -3 tbsp
- Water - 1/2 cup to 1 cup [Chilled]
- Sugar - 3 tbsp
- Cardamom powder-1/4 tsp
- Ice cubes - 1/4 cup
Preparation
- Wash pistachios
- Soak pista in warm or hot water for 10 min.
- Then peel off the pistachio skin.
- In a bowl add pista, curd, sugar, cardamom, & water churn till smooth and frothy.
- Add ice cubes & serve immediately.
Tips & variations
- You can add jagegry or honey instead of white sugar.
- You can add boiled & chilled milk or coconut milk or almond milk

Blanch pistachios[wash and soak pista in warm/hot water for 10 min]
In a mixer jar add blanched pistachios
Coarsely grind
Add curd or fresh yogurt
Add sugar & cardamom powder
Add cold water
Blend till smooth and frothy
Pista flavoured lassi ready
Add ice cubes serve immedately
