Ingredients
- Curd[Fresh] - 1 cup
- Carrot -1
- Water - 1/2 cup to 1 cup [Chilled]
- Sugar - 3 tbsp
- Cardamom powder-1/4 tsp
- Ice cubes - 1/4 cup
Preparation
- Wash and peel off carrot
- Boil for 2 to 3 min then let it cool.
- In a bowl add boiled carrot, curd, sugar, cardamom, & water churn till smooth and frothy.
- Add ice cubes & serve immediately.
Tips
- You can add jagegry or honey instead of white sugar.
- You can add boiled & chilled milk or coconut milk or almond milk

In a mixer jar add blanched/boiled & cooled carrots
Finely grind
Add fresh curd
Add jaggery
Add cardamom powder
Fienly grind
Add cold water or ice cubes
Churn till smooth and frothy
Now its ready
