Ingredients

  • Curd[Fresh] - 1 cup
  • Carrot -1
  • Water - 1/2 cup to 1 cup [Chilled]
  • Sugar - 3 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder-1/4 tsp
  • Ice cubes - 1/4 cup

Preparation

  • Wash and peel off carrot
  • Boil for 2 to 3 min then let it cool.
  • In a bowl add boiled carrot, curd, sugar, cardamom, & water churn till smooth and frothy.
  • Add ice cubes & serve immediately.

Tips

  • You can add jagegry or honey instead of white sugar.
  • You can add boiled & chilled milk or coconut milk or almond milk
