Ingredients

  • Curd[Fresh] - 1 cup
  • Cocoa powder- 2 tsp
  • Water - 1/2 cup to 1 cup [Chilled]
  • Sugar - 3 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder-1/4 tsp
  • Ice cubes - 1/4 cup

Preparation

  • In a bowl add curd, sugar, cocoa powder, cardamom, & water churn till smooth.
  • Add ice cubes & serve immediately.

Tips & variations

  • You can add jagegry or honey instead of white sugar.
  • You can add boiled & chilled milk or coconut milk or almond milk
