Ingredients
- Curd[Fresh] - 1 cup
- Kesar[saffron] -1 tsp
- Water - 1/2 cup to 1 cup [Chilled]
- Sugar - 3 tbsp
- Cardamom powder-1/4 tsp
- Ice cubes - 1/4 cup
Preparation
- Soak saffron in warm water for 10 min
- In a bowl add curd, sugar, cardamom, saffron water & water churn till smooth and frothy.
- Add ice cubes & serve immediately.
Tips & variations
- You can add jaggery or honey instead of white sugar.
- You can add boiled & chilled milk or coconut milk or almond milk
