Ingredients

  • Curd[Fresh] - 1 cup
  • Kesar[saffron] -1 tsp
  • Water - 1/2 cup to 1 cup [Chilled]
  • Sugar - 3 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder-1/4 tsp
  • Ice cubes - 1/4 cup

Preparation

  • Soak saffron in warm water for 10 min
  • In a bowl add curd, sugar, cardamom, saffron water & water churn till smooth and frothy.
  • Add ice cubes & serve immediately.

Tips & variations

  • You can add jaggery or honey instead of white sugar.
  • You can add boiled & chilled milk or coconut milk or almond milk
