Ingredients
- Curd - 1 cup
- Rose syrup - 1/4 cup
- Water - 1/2 cup [Chilled]
- Sugar - 4 tbsp
- Cardamom powder-1/4 tsp
- Rose Ice cubes - 1/4 cup
- Dried rsoe petals-1 tbsp
Preparation
- In a bowl add curd, cardamom powder, rose syrup, sugar, & water churn well till frothy.
- Add ice cubes & serve immediately.
Tips & variations
- You can add jaggery or honey instead of white sugar.
- You can add boiled & chilled milk or coconut milk or almond milk
