Ingredients

  • Curd - 1 cup
  • Rose syrup - 1/4 cup
  • Water - 1/2 cup [Chilled]
  • Sugar - 4 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder-1/4 tsp
  • Rose Ice cubes - 1/4 cup
  • Dried rsoe petals-1 tbsp

Preparation

  • In a bowl add curd, cardamom powder, rose syrup, sugar, & water churn well till frothy.
  • Add ice cubes & serve immediately.

Tips & variations

  • You can add jaggery or honey instead of white sugar.
  • You can add boiled & chilled milk or coconut milk or almond milk
