Ingredients

  • Semiya - 1 cup
  • Dry red chilli - 1
  • Potato - 2 boiled
  • Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour - 2 tbsp
  • Rice - 2 tbsp
  • Green chilli - 2 [optional]
  • Ginge r & Garlic- 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder - 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli pwoder - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Preparation Method

  • Boil semiya then drain water completely
  • Boil potato then mash well
  • In a bowl add semiya, potato, green chilli, coriander, garam masala, red chilli powder, corn flour, rice flour mix well
  • Make balls then flatten
  • Heat oil in a pan, drop it, deep fry till crisp & golden brown
