Ingredients
- Semiya - 1 cup
- Dry red chilli - 1
- Potato - 2 boiled
- Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
- Corn flour - 2 tbsp
- Rice - 2 tbsp
- Green chilli - 2 [optional]
- Ginge r & Garlic- 1 tbsp
- Garam masala powder - 1 tbsp
- Red chilli pwoder - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
Preparation Method
- Boil semiya then drain water completely
- Boil potato then mash well
- In a bowl add semiya, potato, green chilli, coriander, garam masala, red chilli powder, corn flour, rice flour mix well
- Make balls then flatten
- Heat oil in a pan, drop it, deep fry till crisp & golden brown

Crispy semiya tikki
Add 1 cup boiled semiya
Potato 2 boiled
ginger, garlic
green chilli
coriander leaves
Salt
Garam masala
Red chilli powder
Corn flour
Mix well
Rice flour
Make tikki
Drop it in hot oil, deep fry till crisp
Deep fry only on medium flame
Now itsready, remove it from oil
Semiya tikki ready
Serve hot with sauce
