Vazhaithandu pachadi

Ingredients

  • Plantain stem – 12 inches
  • Curd – 1 cup
  • Curry leaves – 1 spring [chopped]
  • Coriander leaves – 3 tbsp[chopped]
  • Green chilli – 1 finely chopped
  • Lemon juice – ¼ tsp

Preparation

  • Take tender & fresh Plantain stem.
  • Slice (round shape) & put into water immediately ( or it would become black).
  • Once done, take 5 or 6 stakes of sliced plantain stem and chop nicely.
  • Put it into curd immediately.
  • Add few lemon drops, salt, chopped coriander leaves, curry leaves and green chilli.

Note

  • No seasoning required.

Tip

  • Don’t keep it for long time consume within 1 hour.
