Simple semiya kesari | Vermicelli kesari bath-How to make-Step by step photos[Without artificial colour]

Ingredients
- Semiya [Vermicelli]- 1 cup
- Ghee – ¼ cup
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Saffron - a pinch
- Cardamom powder- 1 tbsp
- Cashew nuts - 5
- Raisins [ular thratchai) - 7
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Water – 1 ½ cups
Preparation
- Heat ghee in a pan and roast Cashew nuts and raisins and keep it aside.
- Then add 2 tbsp ghee roast semiya.
- Add water in the same pan let it boil, then add ghee, saffron, roasted vermicelli mix well & cook for 2 min.
- Then add sugar mix well & let it thickens
- Sprinkle cardamom powder
- Finally add roasted nuts & raisins then cut off heat & hot

- You can make Kesari ball ladoo and serve
