Chocolate sandesh | Instant bengali sweet-How to make-Step by step photos

Ingredients
- Paneer [Chhena] - 1 cup
- Cocoa powder - 4 tbsp
- Milk powder – 5 tbsp
- Sweet condensed milk – ½ cup
- Pistachios – 4 [ghee roasted]
- Almonds [ ghee roasted, grated] - 2
Preparation
- Heat sweet condensed milk in a pan add grated paneer mix well.
- Add milk powder stir well.
- Add cocoa powder mix well till the mixture thickens then cut off heat & let it cool
- Divide the mixture into equal lemon size balls
- Then press gently in the middle, garnish with grated pistachios & almonds serve immediatly or refrigrate & sere chilled.
Note
- For variation :-You can add cardamom powder, & powdered sugar
- For carrot sandesh:-ghee roast grated carrot, add condensed milk, milk powder
How to make Chocolate sandesh - Step by Step Photos
Heat sweet condensed milk in a pan, add grated paneer
Add milk powder mix well
Add cocoa powder mix well till thickens
Chocolate sandesh mixture is ready, cut off heat
Make sandesh balls and press gently in the middle
Instant choco sandesh, Garnish with grated almonds, pistahios & refrigerate and serve
