Curd chutney | Dahi Tadka-How to make-Step by step pictures

Quick and simple chutney for winter season. Dry red chilli & asafoetida gives nice flavour to the curd.
Ingredients
- Curd - 1 cup
- Sugar - to taste
For seasoning
- Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
- Hing[Asafoetida] - 1/4 tsp
- Curry leaves - 1 spring
- Dry red chilli- 1
- Oil - 1 tbsp
Method
- In a bowl add thick curd add salt mix well
- For seasoning:-Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds & let it splutter. Then add hing, dry red chilli & curry leaves cut off heat.
- Add seasoned ingredients to fresh curd mix well then serve with Idli or Dosa.
