Ingredients

  • Wheat bread–3
  • Curd - 3 tbsp
  • Onion – 3 tbsp [Finely chopped]
  • Ginger – 1 tbsp [Finely chopped]
  • Green chilli – 1 tbsp [Finely chopped]
  • Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp [finely chopped]
  • Curry leaves – 1 spring [finely chopped]
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil - 2 tbsp

Preparation Method

  • In a bowl add bread, onion, curd, coriander leaves, curry leaves, green chilli, ginger, & salt mix well make soft dough
  • Divide the dough into equal size balls.
  • Flatten & shape vada
  • Heat iron dosa tawa, add 2 tbsp oil, place raw bread vada, roast till crisp and golden brown.
  • Once its ready, remove it from dosa tawa, & serve hot with tea or coffee.
