Ingredients
- Wheat bread–3
- Curd - 3 tbsp
- Onion – 3 tbsp [Finely chopped]
- Ginger – 1 tbsp [Finely chopped]
- Green chilli – 1 tbsp [Finely chopped]
- Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Curry leaves – 1 spring [finely chopped]
- Salt to taste
- Oil - 2 tbsp
Preparation Method
- In a bowl add bread, onion, curd, coriander leaves, curry leaves, green chilli, ginger, & salt mix well make soft dough
- Divide the dough into equal size balls.
- Flatten & shape vada
- Heat iron dosa tawa, add 2 tbsp oil, place raw bread vada, roast till crisp and golden brown.
- Once its ready, remove it from dosa tawa, & serve hot with tea or coffee.

In a bowl add chopped wheat bread [You can use Milk bread/ Multi grain bread / Ragi bread]
Add curry leaves, coriander leaves, green chilli, and ginger
Add onion, curd
Mix well, make soft dough
Divide the dough into equal size balls
Flatten balls
Heat iron dosa tawa, add 1 tbsp oil, place raw bread vada
Cook till crisp and golden brown
Now its ready, cut off heat
