Ingredients
- Potato -3
- Red chilli powder – ¾ tbsp
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- Mustard seeds – 1 tbsp
- Garlic – 2 cloves [finely chopped or mashed]
- Curry leaves – 1 spring
- Salt to taste
- Oil – 2 tbsp
Method
- Wash and peal the skin, then chop into small thin squares.
- Heat oil in a broad pan add mustard seeds, let its splutter then add curry leaves & garlic fry.
- Add chopped potatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt mix well, sauté till soft & golden brown.
- Serve hot with rice or chapatti.

Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, curry leaves, garlic saute then add potato, red & turmeric powder, salt saute
Saute till soft & golden brown without water
Once its turned golden brown cut off heat
