Ingredients

  • Leftover upma - 1 cup
  • Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
  • Red chilli powder -1 tsp
  • coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder -1 tsp
  • Ajwain - 1 tsp
  • salt tto taste
  • Oil for deep frying

Preparation Method

  • In a bowl add leftover upma, bread crumbs, red chilli, coriander, garam masala powder, ajwain, salt mix well
  • Divide the mixture into equal size balls
  • Then make oval shape
  • Heat oil in a pan , drop it deep fry till crisp & golden brown
