Ingredients
- Leftover upma - 1 cup
- Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
- Red chilli powder -1 tsp
- coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala powder -1 tsp
- Ajwain - 1 tsp
- salt tto taste
- Oil for deep frying
Preparation Method
- In a bowl add leftover upma, bread crumbs, red chilli, coriander, garam masala powder, ajwain, salt mix well
- Divide the mixture into equal size balls
- Then make oval shape
- Heat oil in a pan , drop it deep fry till crisp & golden brown
