Instant oats wheat rava idli-How to make with stepwise pictures

Ingredients
- Oats – ¼ cup
- Rava[Semolina] - 1 cup
- Curd - 1 cup
- Carrot - 1 tbsp [chopped]
- Green chilli - 1 [chopped]
- Curry leaves - 1 spring
- Ginger - 1 tbsp [grated]
- Coriander Leaves - ½ cup [chopped]
- Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
- Bengal gram – 1 tbsp
- Urad dal – 1 tbsp
- Asafetida - a pinch
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
Preparation Method
- Dry roast rava & let it cool.
- In a bowl add rava, curd, salt & enough water mix well & make batter & leave it for 2 hours.
- Heat oil in a pan then add mustard seeds & let it splutter.
- Then add Bengal gram & urad dal, asafetida, green chilli, ginger, carrot, and curry leaves sauté gently.
- Cut off heat then add chopped coriander leaves.
- Add these seasoned ingredients into oats rava batter mixture.
Add oats mix well. - Heat idli cooker with water & let it boil.
- Then grease idly plates with oil and pour oats rava batter mixture in each cavity, place in boiling water, cover lid and steam it for 15 min.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney.

Add rava, oats & curd in a bowl
Add salt mix well
Add water make flowing consistency batter, cover lid, leave it for 2 hours
Heat oil add seasoning ingredients saute
Add seasoned ingredients mix well
Oats idli batter is ready
Pour oats idli batter, fill idli plate
Steam it in an idli cooker for 10 min
Remove steamed idli from cotton cloth
Instant oats rava idli is ready, serve hot with chutney
