Milk powder burfi-How to make-Step by step photos & Video

Ingredients
- Milk powder – 1 cup
- Sugar - 3/4 cup
- Water - 1/4 cup
- Ghee - 1/4 cup
- Chocolate vermicelli[raibow colors]- 1/4 cup
Preparation
- Heat pan add sugar & water let it melt.
- Then let it cook till half string consistency.
- Grease tray with ghee & keep it aside.
- Add milk powder stir well without lumps.
- Add ghee stir well till the mixture thickens then cut off heat.
- Pour the mixture into the greased tray & sprinkle choco vermicelli.
- Then cut into desired shapes & then let it set in room temperature.
Note
- For variation :-You can add condensed milk, & cardamom powder
- For carrot burfi:-ghee roast grated carrot, add condensed milk, milk powder

Add sugar
Add water
Let it boil till half string consistency
Add milk powder
Mix well without lumps
Stir well without burning
Add ghee
Stir well till it thickens
Now its ready, cut off heat
Transfer mixture to the ghee greased tray, spread immediately
Sprinkle rainow vermicelli
Evenly spread, let it set
Cut into squares
Choco vermicelli burfi is ready
Store in an airtight container
