Maravalli kilangu chips | Tapioca chips | kappa kizhangu chips-How to make-Step by step photos

Ingredients
- Maravalli kilangu[Tapioca , kappa kizhangu]– 1
- Turmeric powder – ½ tbsp
- Red chilli powder – ½ tbsp
- Asafoetida – 1 inch
- Oil for deep fry
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
Preparation
- Cut and remove the skin. Then wash and thinly slice
- In a bowl add thinely slcied tapioca, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, asafoetida and salt mix well then leave it for 10 min.
- Heat oil in a pan, put raw tapioca slices & deep fry till crisp.
- Then remove from oil, place it on absorbent paper, Then serve hot with tea, curd rice or any variety rice.

Peel off the skin, wash Kappa kizhangu
Thinly slice
Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida and salt mix well
Leave it for 10 min
Put it in hot deep fry till crisp
Now its ready, remove it from oil
