Mango Burfi-How to make-Stepwise picture & Video

Ingredients
- Mango - 2 or 1 1/2 cups
- Milk powder – 3/4 cup
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Ghee - 1/4 cup
- Cardamom pods - 3
Preparation
- Grease tray with ghee & keep it aside.
- In a mixer jar add mango cubes, cardamom powder & 1/4 cup sugar grind to fine puree.
- Add ghee, milk powder mix well.
- For sugar syrup:-Heat pan add sugar & water let it boil till 1/2 string consistency.
- Add mango milk powder mixture stir well without lumps.
- Add ghee stir well till the mixture thickens/starts leaving the pan then cut off heat.
- Pour the mixture into the greased tray & sprinkle nuts.
- Let it cool. Then cut into desired shapes.
- Store in an airtight contianer, refrigerate & use within 1 week.
Note
- For variation :-You can add condensed milk, & cardamom powder
- For coconut mango burfi:-Add roasted coconut & mango paste.
- You can replace milk powder with paneer, bread, corn flour, wheat flour, almond powder, cashew powder, rice flour or maida[ghee roast then add]
How to make Mango burfi-Stepwise pictures[Simple, Easy & Delicious]
Add Mango, cardamom and Sugar
Grind to fine paste
Add water & Sugar let it boil till 1 string consistency
Add Mango milk powder mixture
Saute till the mixture start leaving the pan
Put it into the tray
Evenly spread, let it set for 1 hour or you can refrigerate for 2 hours
After 2 hours, remove it from tray
Cut into desired shapes
Delicious soft mango burfi ready, store in an airtight container, refrigerate & serve
