Ingredients

  • Jackfruit - 6 or 1 cup
  • Coconut – 1/2 cup
  • Rava – 1/4 cup
  • Sugar - 1 1/2 cup
  • Water - 1/2 cup
  • Ghee - 1/4 cup
  • Cardamom powder -1 tsp

Preparation

  • Grease tray with ghee & keep it aside.
  • Remove seeds from jackfruit, chop & put it in a mixer jar fienly grind.
  • Heat pan add ghee sugar, coconut, jackfruit mixture stir well for 5 min
  • Add rava, ghee & cardamom powder, stir well till the mixture starts leaving the pan.
  • Pour the mixture into the greased tray & sprinkle nuts.
  • Let it cool. Then cut into desired shapes.
  • Store in an airtight contianer, refrigerate & use within 1 week.
