Jackfruit Burfi-How to make-Stepwise picture & Video

Ingredients
- Jackfruit - 6 or 1 cup
- Coconut – 1/2 cup
- Rava – 1/4 cup
- Sugar - 1 1/2 cup
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Ghee - 1/4 cup
- Cardamom powder -1 tsp
Preparation
- Grease tray with ghee & keep it aside.
- Remove seeds from jackfruit, chop & put it in a mixer jar fienly grind.
- Heat pan add ghee sugar, coconut, jackfruit mixture stir well for 5 min
- Add rava, ghee & cardamom powder, stir well till the mixture starts leaving the pan.
- Pour the mixture into the greased tray & sprinkle nuts.
- Let it cool. Then cut into desired shapes.
- Store in an airtight contianer, refrigerate & use within 1 week.

Take 6 to 7 jackfruit
Chop
Put it in a mixie jar, fienly grind
Jackfruit mixture ready
Grate coconut, keep it aside
Heat pan, add sugar
Add coconut
Add jackfruit paste
Stir well it it thickens
Add rava, stir well till the mixture starts leaving the pan
Add cardamom powder
Now its ready, cut off heat
Put it in a tray, spread evenly
Let it set apr for 1 hour in room temperature or, you can refrigerate
Cut into desired shapes
Delicoius jackfruit burfi ready
Store in an airtight container use wiht in 2 days
