Ingredients
- Curd - 1 litre
- Water - 1/4 litre
Preparation
- In a bowl add curd, & water churn well.
- When you churn curd, foam will form.
- Then churn for another 20 min.
- During this process butter & buttermilk separates.
- Collect butter from buttermilk.
- Once its ready, store in an airtight container,
- Heat butter & make ghee. using this ghee we can make any gravy or sweet.

Take one litre curd
Add 1/4 litre water mix well
Churn curd
Churn curd for 10 min
Foam will farm, churn for another 15 min
Butter separates
Butter & buttermilk separated
Collect butter
Remove butter from buttermilk
Transfer butter into a bowl
Fresh butter ready
Vennai ready, we can make ghee using this butter
