Dates & nuts energy bars-No sugar, No bake, No flour-How to make-Stepwise picture & Video

Ingredients
- Dates- 1 cup [soak in hot water for 10 min]
- Sesame seeds - 1/4 cup
- Cashews & raisins- 1/2 cup
- Walnut - 1/4cup
- Almond - 1/2 cup [blanched]
- Pistachio -1/4 cup [blanched]
- Melon seeds -1/4 cup
- Chocolate chips -1/2 cup
- cardamom powder-1 tbsp
- Ghee - 3 tbsp
Preparation
- In a tray place butter sheet, keep it aside
- Heat pan add sesame, cashews, walnuts, melon seeds roast one by one then let it cool
- Then add ghee roast almond, pista & dates keep it aside
- Then add all roasted ingredients in a mixie jar coarsely grind one by one.
- Then add all ingredients in a pan, cardamom powder & chocolate chips mix well.
- Then add mixture in a tray, evenly spread, add chocolate chips, freeze it for 1 hour
- Then cut into desired shapes & then serve.
Variations
- You can add figs, poppy seeds or any millets
- For coconut bars:-Add dates, grated coconut,honey & cardamom powder
- For rose coconur bars:- Add grated coconut, condensed milk, rose syrup, milk powder
- You can make simple almond bars with almond flour and honey
- For cashew coconut bars:-Cashews, coconut, honey/dates
- For oats chocolate bars:-Dates, roasted oats flour, cardamom & chocolate chips
- For instant millet bars:- Dates, roasted & powderes millets, honey or chocolate chips
- For beetroot bars:-Ghee roasted beet cubes, milk powder, almond flour, condensed ilk/dates.
- For nutella coconut bars:-Nutella & grated coconut.
- For vanilla coconut bars:-Grated coconut/desicatedcoconut, vanilla, condensed milk.
- For simple black sesame coconut bars:-Coconut, roasted black sesame, honey/dates/condensed milk
- For pumpkin bars:-Pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, dates/honey/condensed milk/almond flour
- For peanut bars:- Roast peanut, grind, add condensed milk, almond flour & honey or dates
- For variation :-You can add condensed milk, & cardamom powder
- For carrot bars:-ghee roast cubed carrot, grind, add condensed milk, milk powder/almond flour

Add sesame seeds, roast till it splutter
Add melon seeds, roast
Add cashews, roast
Add walnut roast
Transfer to a bowl, let it cool
Put it in a mixie jar
Coarsely grind & keep it aside
Add 1 tbsp ghee, add blanched almond, pista and raisins, saute
Let it cool & grind
Now its rady, keep it aside
Add dates, saute for 3 min with 1 tbsp ghee
Add sauted dates in a mixie jar, finely grind
Keep it aside
Add all ingredients
Add cardamom powder
Mix well
Add chocolate chips[optional]
Put it in a tray
Evenly spread
Add chocolate chips
Add grated pista, freeze it 30 min
After 30 min, cut into desired shapes
Serve
