Chocolate Burfi-How to make-Stepwise picture & Video

Ingredients
- Cocoa powder - 1/4 cup
- Milk powder – 1 cup
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Ghee - 1/4 cup
- Chocolate chips - 2 tbsp
- Almonds [ ghee roasted, grated] - 4
Preparation
- Grease tray with ghee & keep it aside.
- For sugar syrup:-Heat pan add sugar & water let it boil till 1/2 string consistency.
- Add milk powder stir well without lumps.
- Add cocoa powder mix well.
- Add ghee stir well till the mixture thickens then cut off heat.
- Pour the mixture into the greased tray & sprinkle chocoalte chips & almonds.
- Then cut into desired shapes & then let it cool in room temperature.
Note
- For variation :-You can add condensed milk, & cardamom powder
- For carrot burfi:-ghee roast grated carrot, add condensed milk, milk powder

Add water
Let it boil till 1/2 string consistency or 5 min
Add Milk powder
Mix well without lumps
Now its ready
Add cocoa powder
Stir well without lumps
Stir well till it thickens
Add ghee
Bubbles forming
Chocolate burfi mixture is ready, cut off heat
Pour into ghee greased tray, spread immediately
Sprinkle choco chips & almonds.
Cut into squares, let it set for 1 hour
Chocolate burfi is ready
Store in an airtight container, use within 5 days
