How to make quick sesame laddu video


Ingredients

  • White sesame seeds [Ellu, til]– 1 cup
  • Jaggery – 1 cup
  • Water – ¼ cup
  • Ghee – 1 tbsp

Preparation

  • Heat broad pan add sesame seeds, dry roast till it splutter then keep it aside.
  • Heat pan add jaggery & water let it melt then drain impurities.
  • Then boil jaggery till soft ball forming consistency.
  • In a bowl add roasted sesame seed, jaggery & ghee mix well.
  • Grease your palm with ghee then make balls in warm stage.
  • Then let it cool & keep in an airtight container & use within 7 days
