Paneer bhurji

Ingredients
- Paneer [cottage cheese] – cup [finely chopped or grated]
- Red capsicum – ½ cup [finely chopped]
- Yellow capsicum – ½ cup [finely chopped]
- Green peas – ¼ cup [finely chopped]
- Onion – 1 [finely chopped]
- Tomato – 1 [finely chopped]
- Ginger & garlic – 1 tbsp [finely chopped & mashed]
- Green chilli – 1 [finely chopped]
- Coriander leaves – 2 springs [finely chopped]
- Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
- Coriander & cumin powder – 1 tbsp
- Garam masala – 1 tbsp
- Pepper powder – ¼ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Sugar a pinch
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Ghee – 2 tbsp
- Water – 3 tbsp
Method
- Heat pan with oil & ghee, add cumin seeds. Then add onion, ginger and garlic sauté till raw smell out.
- Add green chilli, green peas & tomato sauté till soft.
- Add red & yellow capsicum sauté for a min. Then add turmeric & red chilli powder mix well. Add 3 tbsp of water mix well.
- Add cumin, coriander & pepper powder mix well. Then add paneer, salt, sugar & garam masala sauté.
- Add coriander leaves mix well & cut off heat. Serve hot with rice or chapati.
