Ingredients
- Rolled Oats - 1/4 cup
- Milk - 1/4ltr[reduced, chilled] or coconut milk or almond milk
- Honey - 4 tbsp
- Banana -2
- Cardamom powder-1/4 tsp
- Ice cubes - 1/4 cup
Preparation
- Peel off & chop banana.
- In a blender add chopped banana, chilled milk, honey, cardamom powder, ice cubes blend till smooth & frothy
- Add ice cubes & serve immediately.
Tips & variations
- You can add jaggery instead of white sugar.
- You can make without milk.
- You can add ice cream
- You can replace cardamom powder with vanilla essence
