Ingredients

  • Rolled Oats - 1/4 cup
  • Milk - 1/4ltr[reduced, chilled] or coconut milk or almond milk
  • Honey - 4 tbsp
  • Banana -2
  • Cardamom powder-1/4 tsp
  • Ice cubes - 1/4 cup

Preparation

  • Peel off & chop banana.
  • In a blender add chopped banana, chilled milk, honey, cardamom powder, ice cubes blend till smooth & frothy
  • Add ice cubes & serve immediately.

Tips & variations

  • You can add jaggery instead of white sugar.
  • You can make without milk.
  • You can add ice cream
  • You can replace cardamom powder with vanilla essence
