Ingredients
- Muskmelon[Kirni] - 1 cup
- Milk – 1/2 ltr
- Condensed milk - 1/2 cup
- Sugar - 1/4 cup
- Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
- Corn flour - 1 tbsp
Preparation
- Boil milk, add condensed milk, corn flour, sugar, cardamom powder, let it cool.
- In a mixie jar add muskmelon, milk mixture blen till smooth.
- Then pour the mixture into kulfi moulds & place it in the freezer to set. [Apr 10 to 12 hours]
- Then unmould & serve immediately.
