Ingredients

  • Muesli - 3 tbsp
  • Milk - 300 ml [Boiled, chilled]
  • Cocoa powder -2 tbsp
  • Dates - 4 to 5
  • Marie biscuit -2
  • Ice cubes - 1/2 cup

Preparation

  • In a blender add Muesli, chilled milk, marie biscuit, dates, & cocoa powder blend till smooth & frothy
  • Add ice cubes & serve immediately.

Tips & variations

  • You can add vanilla ice cream
  • For rich flavour add vanilla essence
  • You can add apple, banana, dragan fruit, strawberry, raspberry, mulberry, or blueberries
  • You can add blanched almonds/ blanched cashews / oats milk/ coconut milk.
  • You can add tender coconut water
  • You can add chocoalte chips
  • You can add honey
