Ingredients
- Mango - 1
- Milk - 1/2 ltr[reduced, chilled]
- Sweet condensed milk - 1/2 cup
- Sugar - 4 tbsp
- Cardamom powder-1/4 tsp
- Ice cubes - 1/4 cup
Preparation
- Wash, peel off & chop mango.
- In a blender add chopped mango, chilled milk, condensed milk, sugar, cardamom, ice cubes blend till smooth & frothy
- Add ice cubes & serve immediately.
Tips & variations
- You can add jaggery or honey instead of white sugar.
- You can add boiled & chilled milk or coconut milk or almond milk
