Ingredients

  • Milk - 500ml
  • Vanilla ice cream - 1 or 2 scoop
  • Badam Pisin - 6
  • Nannari syrup - 3 tbsp
  • Water - 1/4 cup [Chilled]
  • Sugar - 1/4 cup

Preparation

  • Soak badam pisin in water, leave it overnight
  • Boil milk, add sugar then reduce to 1/2
  • Caramalize sugar, then add 1/4 cup water mix well
  • Add caramalized sugar into the milk mixture mix well
  • take large serving glass add nannari syrup, badam pisin, reduced milk, then add vanilla ice cream, serve immediately
