Ingredients
- Gram flour [besan flour] - 2 tbsp
- Rice flour - 2 tbsp
- Maida - 2 tbsp
- Curd - 1/2 tbsp
- Onion – 2 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Curry leaves – 1 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Pepper powder – ¼ tsp [Freshly ground]
- Salt to taste
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Water as needed
Method
- Mix rice flour and maida, add pinch of salt, curd, add water and bring to watery consistency.
- In another bowl take roasted gram flour, add water and bring to Bajji consistency.
- Heat Dosa pan; pour the rice flour and Maida mix batter. Do not use ladle to spread.
- Pour Roasted gram batter at the center of the white portion to make it look like omlet.
- Sprinkle chopped onion, curry leaves, coriander leaves and pepper. Flip over cook other side & serve hot

Pour rice flour,maida, curd & salt mixture on iron dosa tawa, pour oil around the omelet
Pour gram flour mixture at the center
Sprinkle freshly ground pepper
Sprinkle onion, curry leaves, coriander leaves
Flip over & cook other side
Eggless veg omelette-ready to serve
