Ingredients

  • Dates - 5 to 6
  • Milk -1 cup [boiled, chilled] or coconut milk or almond milk
  • Honey /sugar- 2 tbsp
  • Banana -2
  • Chocolate syrup - 1/4 cup [Cocoa powder, warm water]
  • Ice cubes - 1/4 cup

Preparation

  • Wash dates, remove seeds & chop.
  • Peel off & chop banana.
  • In a blender add chopped banana, chilled milk, dates, honey, chocolate syrup, ice cubes blend till smooth & frothy
  • Add ice cubes & serve immediately.

Tips & variations

  • You can make without milk.
  • You can add ice cream
  • You can replace cardamom powder with vanilla essence
